GOAL
- This dashboard is designed to assist users in activating services, viewing transactions, and configuring services.
- It covers and digitizes all existing Flash Mobile services step by step.
CHALLENGE
Developing the Flash Mobile User Dashboard presented significant challenges because it combines many different services, each with its own data. Displaying this diverse data in a simple and intuitive way was crucial, especially considering the large amount of information that needed to be presented to users in tables for each service. Here is an example of the previous dashboard before the revamp.
PROCESS
To address this issue, we developed the dashboard while adhering to the existing branding style, prioritizing readability, modernization, and technology.
In the development process, we followed these steps in each sprint:
- Initiation: After receiving a clear brief from the Product Manager, we conducted fast sketching to determine if the target design aligned with the PM’s requests.
- Research: We used competitor analysis and surveys as references and conducted brainstorming sessions for designing each service.
- Wireframing: To save time and facilitate design brainstorming, we first created wireframes. In this phase, we also communicated with developers to ensure the feasibility of the designs.
- Hi-Fidelity Design & Prototyping: After confirming the feasibility of the designs, we created hi-fi designs and prototypes for each flow.
- Testing: Usability testing was conducted with target users, generating feedback for design iterations.
